Moheak Radio Music Meeting, November 10

Thursday, November 10th, 2011

Hope you can watch/listen tonight as I’m joined by another group of VIP’s to rate and debate important new indie releases. Moheak Radio DJ Mo Herms returns and has invited a few of her friends. Scott Ford, bassist of The Twilight Singers will hang with us along with online media expert Scott McDonald and long-time Rhino Records exec and music liscensing expert Mike Locke.

Among artists I’m planning to play: Karen O. (Yeah Yeah Yeahs) from the new David Lynch album, Boots Electric, which is the new project involving Jesse from Eagles of Death Metal, and a deeper Sleeper Agent track to see if they can keep their 5-song unanimous thumbs-up streak in tact.  The show airs every Thursday night from 7-9p Pacific, 10-12 Eastern, and 3-5 Friday morning GMT. Come hang, and check back over the weekend, and I will have posted the artists getting the best reaction from our panel.

The best reaction artists were local LA band Goldsboro, Sleeper Agent (6th unanimous thumbs up in a row), Atlas Sound, Duke Spirit, and Girl In A Coma.
